IFoH is a non-profit organisation registered in the UK.
Our mission is to help people affected by civil war in Sri Lanka through humanitarian assistance, educational support and livelihood grant.
Our strategy & what we do
We focus on small projects that can make a real difference in rural communities in Sri Lanka, particularly those in the Northern and Eastern provinces who still suffer from the inevitable consequences of civil war.
Our support services include resources for early educational projects, employment and training opportunities for low income families, financial assistance and/or grant support for disadvantaged groups including war widows, female-headed households, and disabled persons and resettling families.
We’re building on change to those who need little help to get their livelihoods back on track.
Our achievements & Impact
Our recent educational project in Mulaitheevu District donated educational resources for 139 pupils from over 13 schools in three villages. We spent almost 1 lakh and 50,000 Sri Lankan rupees fully funded by IFoH board of trustees.
We are committed to improve the lives of all people who are affected by the civil war in Sri Lanka.
